When it comes to performance, Pirelli’s racing commitment is never in doubt, be it road or off-road. With a new pattern derived from the iconic Scorpion XC RC MTB tire, the new Cinturato Gravel RC model is the answer to all the requirements for racing gravel use: fast on the straights thanks to the minimally prominent protrusions in the central part of the sample, and aggressive in the turns thanks to the higher and further apart located by a protrusion in the side part of the sample, which help to control the bike in an incline. TechWALL tubeless compatible shell construction consists of a reinforced 60tpi tear-resistant fabric and a protective layer from toe to toe. Cinturato™ Gravel RC is designed for the most demanding gravel tracks and for riders demanding the best performance in all conditions.

TechWALL Gravel
Pirelli has created a tire construction that is a combination of armor tech™ know-how with features developed for use in MTB terrain. Construction and its components
have properties that allow them to resist damage (e.g. punctured by a sharp object or stone): an added layer of highly cut-resistant material covers the area from bead to bead and at the same time does not reduce the tire’s rolling efficiency and handling quality. The result is the possibility of use on lighter gravel substrates as well as in difficult off-road conditions.

SpeedGRIP
Pirelli has created a proprietary rubber compound that allows for better performance and energy transfer with less effort when driving on asphalt, gravel or more aggressive terrain. The SpeedGRIP compound achieves the same durability as its MTB sibling (SmartGRIP), as well as the same high level of wet grip and allows for more efficient energy transfer to reduce rolling resistance to a level similar to pure racing road tires. This high-tech rubber compound is the product of experience gained from the world of off-road racing circuits around the world, where Pirelli has its stable place on both 2 and 4 wheeled vehicles.
