Essential branched amino acids (BCAA), enriched with L-carnosine, L-alanine and L-carnitine, form a mixture in capsules suitable for use during demanding sports activity.
Recommended dosage: 6 capsules (3 g BCAA) before exercise. For less demanding activities, it can be divided into 3 capsules before and 3 capsules after the exercise. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
