A new generation of Edge 1040 cycle computers for all demanding cyclists. The Edge 1040 is based on the well-established equipment of the older model series and also brings a number of improvements, including extended battery life. Above all, thanks to the new sophisticated management of settings and data management with detailed data display settings depending on the type of activity (road cycling, MTB, indoor, etc.), connected sensors and also based on popularity. It doesn’t matter what kind of cycling you prefer, Edge 1040 will add value to every ride. The new Edge 1040 will provide an extended battery life of up to 35/70 hours with the possibility of external power supply thanks to the optional external battery Garmin charge™ power pack .
